    • Checked truck it cranks over but doesn't turn on .With scan tool in live data and found fuel desire pressure is 5300psi and truck is at 0. checked fuel rail pressure senor and found no visual damage. Primed fuel and found no pressure build up . removed front passenger inner fender to access fuel filer and found excessive metal in fuel system. recommended to replace cp4 pump, injector and lines , remove fuel tank and clean out tank and replace in tank pump module .
    • Removed intake manifold, all egr cooler and egr valves, fan clutch, fan bracket, set time for removing injection pump, removed and replaced injection pump. removed and replaced fuel rails all injector lines and injectors. removed fuel tank replaced sending unit clean fuel tank. removed and replaced fuel filter. re-installed all removed parts with new gaskets and seals. program new injectors to ecm and glow plug module
    • removed fuel tank clean fuel tank removed all metal from tank installed new sending unit. re-installed fuel filter

    • removed and replaced bank 1 catalytic converter and put oxygen sensor from the old catalytic converter to the new one . and cleared codes . after test drive found front brake pads and rotors needing to be replaced along with front lower control arms . customer declined repairs at this time .

    • Put Truck on lift and removed front drive line and axle shafts . removed front diff and installed used diff assy re installed drive line and axle shafts . drained oil and added new oil to front diff . after repairs checked 4wd and works like it should in high and low and 2wd . after repairs found no leaks .

    • pressure tested coolant system and found no leaks. ran obd 2 checks and found code p00128 for engine coolant temperature below thermostat regulation temperature .looked around and found no obvious signs of coolant leaks . notice when turning on fans immediately turn on and stay on for about 5 minutes after shutting engine off. recommended to replace thermostat and temperature sensor .
    • removed intake manifold to access thermostat and temperature sensor . removed and replaced thermostat and temperature sensor and reinstalled new thermostat and temperature sensor . reinstalled intake manifold with new gaskets . added 2 gallons of coolant and bled coolant system

    • Found Oil pan and oil cooler hoses seal to be leaking oil on the bottom of the engine . valve covers have a bit seepage. checked rear main seal and its not leaking at this time . also found water pump to be leaking out of the housing seal
    • drained oil . removed lower cross member to access space for oil pan . removed oil pan bolts and removed oil pan . removed oil pump pick up tube and replaced Oring . cleaned block surface . cleaned oil pan and installed new gasket and re installed oil pan . replaced oil cooler line seal and oil filter added 6QT of oil .
    • drained coolant. Removed air box cleaner and then removed driver belt . removed upper and lower radiator hose at water pump and heater hoses at pump .. cleaned surface and installed new water pump with gasket and new thermostat . reinstalled drive belt and air box cleaned added 2 gallons of coolant and bled coolant system . test drove after repairs and found no further leaks
