    • Perform a programming and relearn to PCM/TCM to customer request. Found no communication with ECM K20 module or transmission. Advise customer to diagnose cause of no communication with modules
    • Programmed all modules to newest calibration
    • Check CAN lines from transmission to ECM found no communication. Check wiring, fuses found no faults at ECM, Check wake up line from body control module found working as design. removed connector at transmission TCM connector found 3 pins to be bend and connector pushed back. straighten pins pushed connector forward re installed connector was able to communicate with all module. perform re-calibration on ECM and TCM. Accepted programming. Vehicle turns on now doesn't move forwards or backwards check fluids on vehicle found coolant level low and transmission fluid level not showing on dipstick. Advise customer about low fluids customer decline to fill fluids up. Technician added 4 QTS of oe recommend transmission fluid to move vehicle to a parking location

    • p2135 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A"/"B" Voltage Correlation. Tested wires to throttle from tac module working as design check 5v reference found 1.5v only. check complete 5v reference system found oil pressure switch has a short in the sensor from ground to the 5v reference system , also found intake manifold is broken after throttle body looks like some one try to glue it back together. recommend replacing intake manifold and oil pressure switch
    • Removed Intake manifold, transfer all parts to new intake manifold with new seals for injectors. Removed and replaced oil pressure switch and oil pressure switch connector. Clear codes perform a cam crank relearn, test drove vehicle for 8 miles recheck for codes found no codes. runs as design.

    • p0300, p0451,p2138. Ran OBD 2 checks on code p0300 for engine random misfire . ran obd2 checks on p0451 for fuel tank pressure sensor performance. ran obd2 checks on p2138 for accelerator pedal position sensor 1-2 correlation . recommended to start with replacing throttle body and programming . truck has no fuel to relearn or test drive
    • replaced throttle body with new one and new gasket .
    • reprogrammed throttle body and performed a crankshaft re learn . truck failed both . with live data checked throttle and found 5 volt reference was not present at throttle pedal . recommended to replace throttle pedal and relearn . replaced throttle pedal and relearned throttle body and crank shaft . truck runs like it should and does not go into reduce engine power anymore

    • found hose that runs from coolant recovery tank to water outlet to be leaking
    • drained oil replaced oil filter and installed new one . added 6qts of oil . reset oil life and added new lube sticker
    • removed coolant hose that runs from coolant recovery tank to water outlet . replaced fitting and installed new one topped off coolant and bled coolant system no further leaks after repairs
