- pressure tested coolant system and found no leaks. ran obd 2 checks and found code p00128 for engine coolant temperature below thermostat regulation temperature .looked around and found no obvious signs of coolant leaks . notice when turning on fans immediately turn on and stay on for about 5 minutes after shutting engine off. recommended to replace thermostat and temperature sensor .
- removed intake manifold to access thermostat and temperature sensor . removed and replaced thermostat and temperature sensor and reinstalled new thermostat and temperature sensor . reinstalled intake manifold with new gaskets . added 2 gallons of coolant and bled coolant system
